How do I place an order?

Can I get a quote for a custom job?
Yes. Tell us the product, quantity, preferred size and delivery postcode. Add any artwork or special requirements to help us understand the job. Start a quote request.
Can I order by email?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Can I use my own logo and design?
Yes. Your print can include your business logo, contact details and branding. Artwork requirements depend on the product, so check its instructions or ask our team before preparing your file.
Can you help with my artwork?
We can help with design and artwork setup. Let us know what you already have and what you need. Any applicable charges will be confirmed with your quote.
What file should I supply?
A print-ready PDF is a useful starting point. For logos, supply your highest-quality file. Ask us to confirm dimensions, bleed and resolution for your chosen product before exporting final artwork.
Can I personalise Christmas cards?
Email [email protected] about branded Christmas cards with your logo, sign-off and a greeting or personalised bulk message. We’ll confirm the options available for your order.
Print colours & colour matching
Why can colours look different on screen and in print?
Screens display colour using light (RGB), while printing uses ink or toner on paper, commonly in CMYK. Screen brightness, display settings and the device you use can all affect how your artwork looks. Some bright screen colours cannot be reproduced exactly in print. A digital proof is useful for checking layout, text and placement, but is not an exact colour reference.
Will my order match a previous print run or another printer?
Colours can vary between printers and print runs because of differences in equipment, inks or toner, colour settings, paper stock and finishing. Even the same artwork can produce a different result, and older printed samples may have faded. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy or an exact match to colours shown on screen, previous orders or printing supplied by another printer.
